Upon graduation she entered IUPUI and received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology.  After receiving her commissioning as an officer in June 1995, Pastor Tiffany began her career as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.  Her duty stations include Fort Rucker, Alabama; Fort McClellan, Alabama; Karlsruhe, Germany; Fort Hood, Texas; Seoul, South Korea; Camp Atterbury, Indiana and Fort Knox, Kentucky.  She served one tour at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom/Enduring Freedom from July 2006 to July 2007.  In 2013 after 18 and a half years of service, Pastor Tiffany was medically discharged from the military after obtaining the rank of Major in the Military Police Corps.

Also in the year 2013, Pastor Tiffany obtained her Master of Science degree in Addictions Counseling from Grand Canyon University out of Phoenix, AZ. She has worked both in the public and private sector to include prison systems of Marion County as an Addictions Recovery Specialist.  It wasn’t until the beginning of 2104 that she answered the call into ministry and sought to obtain her Master of Divinity with United Theological Seminary out of Dayton, OH. She works full-time as a Triage Specialist in Community North Behavior Health.  Also, she serves as an on-call chaplain with IU North Hospital in Carmel.
